Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Director-level leader to guide a team of Tableau Customer Success Managers across the National Security sector, delivering strategic guidance, maximizing value, and driving renewal health.

The role requires building executive relationships, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to translate complex analytics challenges into measurable outcomes for Intelligence Community and DoD customers. Office-flexible with in-office 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles with direct experience in customer success and team management.
• Experience developing analytics adoption frameworks and value realization methodologies.
• Experience with cleared or government customers is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategy and outcomes.
• Proven track record coaching teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and promote successful Customer Success Managers.
• Develop and execute customer success strategy for national security customers.
• Identify renewal risks and develop mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build executive relationships and align Salesforce solutions to customers' priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee critical issues and drive resolutions across multiple teams.
