Job summary

i3 Verticals, LLC is seeking a senior engineering leader who operates hands-on at the intersection of platform engineering, multi-cloud (AWS/Azure), and solution delivery. You will influence architecture decisions, review infrastructure code, and tackle the team's most challenging problems while building a scalable engineering organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), platform engineering, or DevOps/SRE.
Proven track record architecting and operating large-scale production infrastructure.
Experience influencing technical direction and adopting platform standards across teams.
Leadership in major platform or infrastructure initiatives including multi-cloud consolidation.

Responsibilities

Own and operate the i3 Platform as an internal product with a published roadmap and backlog.
Develop and execute the overall platform strategy aligned with business goals.
Maintain reference architectures and a well-governed IaC ecosystem (Terraform/Scalr).
Lead the evolution of the module registry and reusable templates.
Establish an enterprise technical standards framework with Security and Compliance baked in.
