Job summary

HHS Tech Group seeks a (Senior) Director of Product Infrastructure Architecture to shape the cloud-native infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS products. You will lead a team of architects, drive platform strategies, and ensure secure, scalable, modular solutions that enable rapid product innovation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, architectural excellence, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations to deliver reliable platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or cloud architecture.
• 5+ years in a Director / Senior technical leadership role.
• Deep hands-on experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience with data virtualization and distributed data access.
• Extensive experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, automation).
• Demonstrated success mentoring and leading architecture teams or communities.
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and evolve the cloud-native infrastructure foundation for multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Lead architecture for cloud-based SaaS platforms and ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Translate product and business requirements into infrastructure capabilities.
• Mentor and elevate other architects and lead architecture forums and guilds.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and cost efficiency.
