The Colonial Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead performance across multiple packaging manufacturing sites. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, and cost while partnering with executive leadership and customers to drive growth and service excellence.

You will develop and align site leaders, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across production, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to meet capacity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership across multi-site operations.
• Experience in packaging manufacturing (rigid and flexible) and plastics processes.
• B2B manufacturing experience required; strong leadership and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery improvements.
• Establish KPIs and standardized practices across sites.
• Develop and align Plant Managers and site leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance.
• Support capacity planning and capital investments.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
