Page Executive is helping a fast-growing manufacturer recruit a Director of Manufacturing and Operations. The role oversees five production sites, driving financial performance, safety, quality and on-time delivery while building a scalable manufacturing organization.

The successful candidate will champion continuous improvement, lead cross-functional teams and shape the operating model to support rapid growth and expansion, with relocation to Indiana.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of experience in engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• 7-10 years of senior leadership in operations and manufacturing.
• Multisite operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience driving CI, lean, standardization, EHS, quality, Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive manufacturing and operations with a structure aligned to strategic goals.
• Oversee multi-plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Establish and implement safety programs aligned with company values.
• Manage budgets and working capital; optimize operating systems and metrics.
• Develop a three-year plan to support revenue, profitability and growth.
