Job summary

BMA Group Global is seeking a Director of Operations to lead Manufacturing and Packaging operations across a high-velocity environment. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.

You will partner with executive leadership to optimize processes, develop budgets, and coach Operations Managers to achieve exceptional performance and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven track record in budgeting, production planning, and capacity optimization.
• Change management and team development experience.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Manufacturing and Packaging operations.
• Develop and implement standards ensuring safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Drive improvements in OEE, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategy and objectives.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and CI.
• Lead, coach and develop Operations Managers with a high-performance culture.
• Identify challenges and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Promote safety, quality, engagement, and continuous improvement culture.
