Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational execution across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach school leaders, ensure compliance, and support enrollment growth, while aligning with Pearson values and standards.

In this enterprise role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, drive scalable execution, and ensure high-quality student experiences through disciplined leadership and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Strong communications skills and the ability to lead across organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with results-focused leadership.
• Ability to travel frequently as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements at scale.
• Strengthen enrollment growth through operational readiness.
• Partner with SSP to translate account strategy into scalable execution.
• Support academic improvement initiatives through accountability structures.
