Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking a hands-on Operations/Project Leader to take lead of cross-functional operations across warehousing, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance. The role oversees a team of Assistant Project leaders and drives projects from scope to delivery.

You will plan, direct and control execution of all business operations, ensuring resource availability, milestones, and budget adherence while maintaining SOPs and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing experience.
• Lead cross-functional operations with warehousing, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance.
• Manage a team of Assistant Project leaders.
• Develop project scopes, objectives and resource plans.
• Use Excel for data analysis and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operations with diverse internal teams.
• Manage a team of Assistant Project leaders.
• Plan, direct and control execution of all business operations and projects.
• Coordinate RFPs, orders, purchasing, production, delivery and installation.
• Develop detailed project plans and track milestones and risks.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and budgets.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders.
