Vaco by Highspring seeks an experienced Client Service & Operations Specialist in Columbus, OH. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling paperwork from initiation to completion and coordinating account maintenance.

You will support advisors, schedule meetings, and help enhance workflows while maintaining confidential client information. The role emphasizes strong client service, integrity, and a long-term commitment to wealth planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wealth management or financial advisory.
• Interest in a long-term career in wealth management and financial planning.
• Active Series 6 license is required (Life & Health after start).
• Strong character aligned with a culture of integrity and client service.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare, process, and follow up on investment/account paperwork.
• Coordinate account maintenance, transfers, and cashiering requests.
• Maintain accurate client data in firm systems and regulatory files.
• Schedule meetings and assist advisors during client engagements.
• Support events, marketing, referrals, and process improvements.
