Chime is seeking a Director of Digital Acquisition to own the entire digital acquisition portfolio across paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, and mobile/app networks. Responsibilities

• Own performance across Chime's full digital acquisition portfolio (paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile/app networks, and emerging channels).
• Lead and develop a team of channel managers as a true player-coach.
• Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, or technology-enabled growth motions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance to align channel strategy to growth and CAC goals.
