New Hampshire Housing is seeking a Director, Loan Servicing to lead our Homeownership Division's loan servicing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive risk management to support homeowners and stability.

You will oversee policies, manage subservicers, assess portfolio performance, and build a high-performing team through coaching and development opportunities. This role offers in-office onboarding with potential remote work thereafter.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan servicing operations, including policies, subservicer performance, delinquency management, and foreclosure prevention.
• Manage third-party subservicer relationships, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Analyze portfolio performance and financial results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports to senior leadership with insights for decision-making and planning.
• Build and coach a high-performing team through accountability and professional development.
