Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a Director of Business Development - Mission Autonomy (International) to lead international growth with European defense partners. Based in the DC office, you will own opportunities from identification through to enduring relationships with allied defense organizations across multiple countries.

This role requires 5+ years in international defense sales, senior-level engagement with ministries and industry partners, and a US Top Secret clearance;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development with international defense experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with European defense organizations at senior official level.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required or ability to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and capture international opportunities for Mission Autonomy software and integrated systems.
• Develop capture strategies tailored to European procurement processes and industrial partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with European defense ministries and industry partners.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Government Relations, Marketing, and Legal/Export Compliance.
