Job summary

Centre Technologies is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice and seeks a Director of Business Applications Sales to drive revenue growth for Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions.

The role requires deep ERP and Dynamics experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with Microsoft, ISVs, and internal teams to accelerate profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology, ERP, or business applications sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management of a sales team.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV partners.
• Proven track record selling Dynamics BC or similar ERP solutions and related services.
• Strong understanding of ERP buying cycles, subscription licensing, and transition from sales to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Centre’s Microsoft Business Applications portfolio.
• Lead and develop the Business Applications sales team and related resources.
• Establish quotas, pipeline reviews, and forecasting discipline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Practice leadership to align revenue and capacity.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline analytics with executive visibility.
