Mastercard seeks a Director, Merchant Cloud Commercialization Key Account in Purchase, NY to lead a strategic relationship with our North America acquiring partner and to define go-to-market for new Merchant Cloud capabilities.

The role focuses on revenue growth through bundled value propositions, cross-functional collaboration across Global Acceptance, Merchant Solutions, Marketing, Sales and Services, and the development of scalable selling materials and data-driven pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the payments landscape and market trends.
• Experience in Acquiring and Gateway ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering go-to-market strategies for new products and scalable solutions.
• Entrepreneurial, commercial mindset with ability to adapt to market changes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to align with business goals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Account leadership with strategic acquiring partner in North America.
• Drive revenue growth through bundled value propositions in Merchant Cloud.
• Collaborate with country & regional teams to identify opportunities and develop sales materials.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using data-driven insights.
• Define and operationalize go-to-market standards for new products and services.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Global Acceptance, Merchant Solutions, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
