Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in consultative sales, strategic business development, or merchant services.
- Experience selling to large enterprise merchants and payments ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the merchant business development strategy and operating model.
- Develop annual and multi-year sales plans to acquire strategic enterprise merchants.
- Build and mentor a high-performing merchant development team.
- Establish senior executive relationships across merchant payments and related functions.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and drive go-to-market initiatives.
