Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience leading a team in membership or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with AMS platforms (Salesforce, NetForum, MemberClicks) and CRM tools.
• Experience managing chapter or affiliate networks is strongly preferred.
• AI fluency and responsible use of emerging technologies to improve member service and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to achieve membership, testing, and revenue goals across the lifecycle.
• Direct a team of four, overseeing operations, admissions, customer experience, and local group support.
• Expand affiliate partnerships to enhance membership value and retention.
• Analyze data and forecast performance, adjust strategies to meet budget and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead handoffs, messaging, and conversion workflows.
• Develop and manage department budget and resource allocation.
