Job summary

LEE is a nonprofit civic leadership network based in California. The Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) will lead in-person and virtual events, coordinate with partners, and drive member engagement data collection across Northern and Southern California.

The role requires 5+ years facilitating learning for adults, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and willingness to travel within approved hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of facilitation experience with adults.
• Ability to plan strategically in fast-moving environments.
• Strong consultative orientation for intake needs with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to regional events within approved hubs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake and co-planning conversations with LEE staff.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual events for members.
• Lead outreach to increase event turnout.
• Guide members to LEE resources and coaching opportunities.
• Analyze engagement data and input into LEE systems within five business days of events.
• Collaborate with team to prepare materials and share learnings.
• Lead or contribute to cross-team special projects as assigned.
