Job summary

LEE is seeking a Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) in California to lead member engagement through in-person and virtual events, intake planning, and data-driven analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, partners, and regional contexts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of facilitation experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and ability to coordinate across regions with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience including facilitating learning opportunities for adults.
• Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation of plans in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated consultative orientation, with ability to execute on intake needs and co-design experiences with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to regional events.

Responsibilities

• Direct Member Engagement (In-person, virtual, and digital) for events.
• Engagement Planning and Tools using Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Google Sheets.
• Special Projects as assigned by manager.
