Job summary

LEE seeks a Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) to lead in-person and virtual member experiences across Northern and Southern California. You will guide intake conversations, co-design sessions with partners, and analyze engagement data to improve programming.

Expect 12–15 hour event blocks, travel within the region, and collaboration with a distributed team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, 5+ years in adult learning or facilitation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience; if no BA, additional 4 years experience.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience including facilitating learning opportunities for adults.
• Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated consultative orientation with intake needs and co-design experience with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel in-person to regional events within Northern or Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Direct Member Engagement (In-person, virtual, and digital) for events.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual events for future and current members.
• Participate in outreach strategy for turnout to events.
• Guide members to LEE resources, supports, and opportunities including coaching.
• Analyze event results and input into LEE systems within five business days.
• Prepare using facilitator guides and participate in prep/run-throughs for sessions.
