Job summary

LEE seeks a Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) for CA residents to lead direct member engagement through in-person and virtual events, with prep, facilitation, and wrap-up. You will collaborate with partners, plan intake conversations, and connect members to coaching resources while tracking engagement data.

This role requires 5+ years of facilitation experience, strategic planning ability, and comfort with travel for regional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience including facilitating learning opportunities for adults.
• Ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated consultative orientation with intake and co-design capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to regional events within approved hubs.

Responsibilities

• Direct Member Engagement (In-person, virtual, and digital) for events and coaching.
• Engage in intake conversations and co-planning with staff/partners; prepare session plans.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual events; guide members to resources and opportunities.
• Lead outreach for event turnout (call, text, etc.).
• Utilize Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Google Sheets to track engagement data.
• Analyze event results and input into systems within five business days.
• Prepare and participate in prep/run-throughs; collaborate to share learnings.
• Lead or contribute to organization-wide special projects as requested.
