Job summary

LEE seeks a Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) to design and deliver engaging member experiences across Northern and Southern California. The role focuses on onboarding, events, and customized programming to grow civic leadership among members.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience facilitating adult learning, strong planning skills, and the ability to work with diverse partners while traveling regionally for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience including facilitating learning opportunities for adults.
• Ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated consultative orientation with intake needs and co-design with internal/external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to regional events.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake and co-planning conversations with LEE staff and partner organizations.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual events for future and current members.
• Participate in outreach strategy for turnout to events.
• Guide members to LEE resources, supports, and opportunities including coaching.
• Utilize data and planning systems to input and track member engagement data.
• Analyze event results and input into LEE systems within five business days.
• Prepare with facilitator guides and decks; participate in prep/run-throughs.
