Job summary

LEE seeks a Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) in California to lead and co-design member experiences across in-person and virtual events. You will partner with staff and external partners to plan, execute, and evaluate programs that grow civic leadership among members.

This role requires 5+ years of facilitation experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel to regional hubs in Northern or Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience including facilitating learning opportunities for adults.
• Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation of plans in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated consultative orientation, with ability to execute on intake needs and co-design experiences with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to regional events within approved hubs.

Responsibilities

• Direct Member Engagement (In-person, virtual, and digital) for events.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual events for future and current members.
• Lead outreach strategies to boost turnout and participation.
• Guide members to LEE resources, supports, and opportunities, including coaching.
• Use Salesforce/Tableau/Asana/Sheets to track engagement data and analyze results.
