Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years credentialing experience in acute care hospital or CVO setting.
• Certification: CPMSM and/or CPC within 2 years of hire; deadline for earlier hires.
• Knowledge of credentialing policies and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist CM0/ACMO/CEO with credentialing initiatives and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of CPC policies and accreditation standards.
• Support integration of clinical strategies and systems within HCA.
• Lead and develop the Medical Staff Services team.
