AdventHealth is seeking a Credentialing Director to lead the MSO/CVO credentialing teams at our Florida facility. You will oversee workflow, staff training, and timely credentialing recredentialing processes while ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

The role requires CPCS/CPMSM credentials with 4+ years in healthcare credentialing, strong leadership, and excellent policy development skills. Salary and benefits reflect AdventHealth standards and Florida regulations.

• Experience with policy and job description drafting

Responsibilities

• Directly manages all credentialing staff and workflow design
• Supervises credentialing staff for appointments, reappointments and privileges
• Evaluates applications and provides guidance to staff and physician leaders
• Ensures compliance with credentialing guidelines and regulations
• Trains staff on credentialing standards and customer service
• Oversees credentialing correspondence and committee coordination
• Manages credentialing verification processes for AdventHealth Health Care System
• Develops policies and SOPs for credentialing operations
• Grants clinical privileges per policy and reports metrics to leadership
• Performs additional duties as assigned
