Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Manager of Medical Staff Services to coordinate credentialing, privileging, and reappointments, ensuring compliance with TJC and regulatory standards. You will maintain medical staff files and support the Chief of Staff and Medical Staff Officers while collaborating with Performance Improvement.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (Health Administration preferred), CPCS/CPMSM within two years, and at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Health Administration preferred.
• Must understand TJC standards and regulatory bodies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with physicians and leadership, manage staff and budgets.
• CPCS or CPMSM certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical staff services, screen and regains new members, reappoint and establish privileges.
• Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and collaborate with the Department of Performance Improvement.
• Ensure integrity of medical staff files and regulatory compliance.
