The ideal candidate has 7+ years of production experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a drive for quality. This is an on-site position, offering a starting salary of $100k and generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional photo and video production experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading creative or production teams.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, lighting, audio, photography, videography, and post-production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the media production team and oversee content creation for various initiatives.
• Manage production operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with various teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.
