Job summary

VeSync in Tustin, CA is seeking a Creative Director who serves as the creative authority for Cosori and connects Creative Services with the marketing organization. This is not a people-management role; influence comes from direction, systems, and alignment.

You will own final creative across paid, organic, e-commerce, packaging, and global channels, and spearhead AI-driven content workflows to accelerate ideation, production, and localization.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership.
• Ability to connect storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction and final approval across brands.
• Translate GTM strategy into clear, executable creative briefs.
• Direct commercial production from concept to post-production.
• Lead structured creative reviews with stakeholders.
• Build modular campaign systems adaptable across channels.
• Own the AI production stack and guardrails for outputs.
