Job summary

VeSync is seeking a driven Project/Program Manager to lead creative and marketing initiatives on-site in Tustin, CA. You will define scope, timelines and track progress in Monday.com while coordinating with product, packaging, and sales teams to ensure timely GTM campaigns and launches.

This role requires strong collaboration, data analysis, and a proactive mindset. The position emphasizes ownership, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience with internal service teams and managing creative or marketing projects.
• Proficiency in project management software; Monday.com experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ability to analyze and present large datasets for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership for workflow solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly collaborative.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, tasks, and track progress in Monday.com.
• Manage creative and marketing projects with on-time delivery and quality.
• Align with global Product, Packaging, Amazon, IoT and marketing teams on processes.
• Optimize workflows with automation, templates, data points, and reporting.
• Ensure proper resource allocation across designers, writers and assets.
• Oversee day-to-day task assignments and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Balance workloads, prevent burnout, and reduce inefficiencies.
• Serve as primary contact for project requestors and stakeholders.
• Gather details, document in Monday.com and email, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with managers to distribute workload across teams.
• Define objectives with marketing to align campaign timelines.
