Dycom is seeking a Lead Video & AV Production professional to architect our visual narrative. You will manage production infrastructure and lead everything from CEO interviews to field stories, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

You will travel across the U.S., collaborate with executives, and own schedules, shot plans, and equipment. The role requires deep technical knowledge and strong storytelling with a focus on connectivity and enterprise milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseeing and owning video production.
• Deep mastery of cameras, audio, lighting, and editing software.
• Ability to translate technical updates into compelling narratives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production infrastructure, including tools, documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Manage the lifecycle of videography projects from storyboard to post-production.
• Produce short-form social clips and long-form videos highlighting employees and projects.
• Create educational explainer videos and animations.
• Direct and film polished C-suite interviews and oversee Town Hall live-streams.
• Travel across the U.S. to capture the workforce in action.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
• Own production schedules, call sheets, and equipment planning.
