Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Director of Marketplace to lead the end-to-end marketplace function. You will own the operating model, drive a scalable ecosystem, and translate priorities into a focused roadmap with measurable outcomes.

You’ll manage three program managers and collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align priorities and monetize the ecosystem. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform, marketplace, ecosystem, partnerships, or business development in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record building or scaling a technology marketplace or partner platform.
• Experience turning strategy into operating model, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with integration portfolios, partner tiers, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, docs, tooling, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead marketplace strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Build and scale a marketplace portfolio of integrations and solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Developer Experience to improve platform capabilities.
• Create programs to attract and retain developers, SI teams, customers, and creators.
• Develop marketplace growth and monetization with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Establish governance and accountability across marketplace activities.
• Lead and develop a team of program managers and align with executive planning.
