Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Director of Marketplace to own and optimize the marketplace operating model across technology supply, builder participation, customer adoption, and monetization. You will translate company priorities into a coherent roadmap and drive measurable outcomes while leading three program managers and partnering with multiple teams.

The role requires a deep understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, documentation, and scalable integration delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in platform, marketplace, ecosystem, partnerships, product strategy, or business development roles within B2B SaaS or technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end marketplace function, turning Bob’s platform and ecosystem into a scalable source of customer and business value.
• Manage three program managers and collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Translate priorities into a focused roadmap with measurable business outcomes.
