Job summary

Calbee America, Inc. seeks a Director of Marketplaces to drive the day‑to‑day performance of our marketplace and digital shelf across Harvest Snaps and legacy brands.

You will own marketplace execution, work with external partners on Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and key regional platforms, and report to the VP of Omnichannel Commerce. You will lead an entrepreneurial, hands‑on team in a role with visibility to the President, shaping omnichannel strategy, optimizing ROAS, and building processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 8+ years in e-commerce/marketplace management with 3+ years Amazon.
• Experience in CPG or food/beverage preferred.
• Strong ability to translate data into action and optimize ROAS.
• Experience managing external partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day marketplace operations across major platforms.
• Maintain catalog health, listings, variations, and stock levels.
• Drive digital shelf performance with content, imagery, and search optimization.
• Oversee retail media campaigns and ROAS targets with VP.
• Manage TikTok Shop operations and creator coordination.
• Lead agency relationships and performance reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cross‑channel performance reporting.
