Job summary

We. Communications seeks a seasoned VP of Global Marketing to define and drive the agency’s worldwide marketing strategy, translating it into an integrated program that strengthens reputation and fuels growth.

You will partner with the Global Head of Marketing to understand markets, audiences and competitive positioning, turning insights into a distinctive strategy and a cohesive, multi-channel plan across thought leadership, content, social, earned media, events and activation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior marketing, go-to-market or communications experience.
• Proven ability to develop global marketing strategy and integrated programs.
• Strong judgment, communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience applying AI to marketing at scale.
• Deep experience across marketing channels: thought leadership, content, social, digital, earned and paid.
• Ability to lead and align matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define We.’s global marketing strategy grounded in business ambitions, market opportunity, competitive landscape and priority audiences.
• Translate strategy into an integrated, prioritized marketing program across channels.
• Lead day-to-day execution and performance of the marketing program.
• Advance AI-enabled marketing and apply AI to audience intelligence, content, personalization.
• Strengthen go-to-market and differentiators across markets and audiences.
• Lead and develop the global marketing team; measure impact and outcomes.
• Shape and activate the We. story across brand, content, social and digital channels.
