Opensend Inc is seeking a Director of Marketing to own demand generation and marketing operations from a growth-focused vantage point. You will set the pipeline plan, run programs, manage systems and data, and lead a small team in a fully remote US-based role.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Product Marketing, expand into new verticals, and drive cross-sell and retention initiatives while reporting to the executive team weekly.
Demand Generation and Marketing Operations |Remote, United States
Opensend is an identity and enrichment platform for ecommerce brands. We help marketers recognize anonymous shoppers and act on that insight across email, SMS, advertising and analytics. We are bootstrapped, profitable, beyond USD 10 million in ARR, and serve close to 1,000 customers with a team of about 65.
We are hiring a Director of Marketing to own demand generation and marketing operations. You will set the pipeline plan, run the programs, own the systems and data that measure them, and lead a small team. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing, and you will take on a growing share of marketing leadership as our fractional VP of Marketing hands off.
This is a builder's role. You will launch a campaign this month and build the measurement that tells us whether to scale it next quarter.
You will be the first full-time leader accountable for marketing-sourced revenue at a profitable company with a clear growth plan, and your scope will grow as leadership of the function moves to you. Your work will be visible to the executive team every week, and we are expanding into new products and verticals, so there are new markets to open, not only existing channels to tune.
You like owning a number. You are happy writing an email nurture one day and rebuilding lead routing the next, you trust data over opinions, and you want the scope to build a team and a function rather than inherit one.
United States base salary: USD 165,000 to 195,000.
Canada base salary: CAD 150,000 to 180,000.
