CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader in Market & Competitive Insights, Sales Enablement, to transform market signals into actionable insights for executive decision-making. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Pricing, Marketing, and Strategy to shape product direction and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, quantitative discipline, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience, with exposure to pharmacy benefits, payers, consultants, providers, sales, product, or strategy preferred.
• Knowledge of the PBM and broader healthcare ecosystem.
• Natural curiosity about competitor strategies, market dynamics, regulatory change, and emerging trends.
• Ability to connect disparate pieces of information and identify meaningful patterns, implications, and opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills across organizational boundaries.
• Strong executive presence and ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise, business-relevant insights.
• Enjoys becoming the go-to resource for market intelligence and strategic perspective.
• Comfortable speaking with frontline sales teams, senior executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Analytical and digital fluency, including Microsoft 365, AI tools, Salesforce, visualization, pptx and market data platforms.
• Practitioner of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and research workflows.
• Skilled at translating information into multiple formats (PowerPoint) for diverse audiences.

• Partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, Marketing, Government Affairs, and Strategy to influence go-to-market decisions.
