Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director-level Market & Competitive Insights professional to lead intelligence capabilities across Sales Enablement and Strategy. You will partner with executives to anticipate market shifts and translate signals into decisions that drive go‑to‑market actions.

You'll work with Sales, Product, Pricing, Marketing and Government Affairs to turn complex data into concise insights, using AI-enabled tooling to accelerate discovery and action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, quantitative discipline, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience with exposure to PBM, payers, consultants, providers, sales, product, or strategy.
• Knowledge of the PBM and broader healthcare ecosystem.
• Ability to connect disparate information and identify patterns and implications.

Responsibilities

• Translate market dynamics into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Create concise, decision-useful intelligence for executives across the enterprise.
• Develop mechanisms to activate insights across Sales, Product, Marketing and Strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research and accelerate insight generation.
