Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Lead, Clinical Insights, to drive the strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine across CVS Health businesses.

You will partner with Platform PMs to translate clinical objectives into scalable platform solutions and to deliver measurable clinical and financial impact. The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong data analytics, and superb cross-functional collaboration with clinical, business and technical leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-year strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with Platform PMs in a two-in-a-box model.
• Data analytics to evaluate product impact and communicate metrics to stakeholders.
• Strong communication with senior leaders, clinicians, and technical architects.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine's integration with CVS Health businesses.
• Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
• Ensure the last-mile adoption and measure clinical and financial outcomes.
• Develop data-driven business cases and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Define KPIs and monitor provider acceptance, diagnostic accuracy, and quality gaps.
