Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas is seeking a Director, Market Analytics to lead our market intelligence function, delivering research and insights that shape product innovation, marketing strategy, and business growth.

You’ll oversee customer and player research, evaluate new markets, analyze competitive trends, and measure marketing ROI, translating findings into actionable recommendations for executives and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in market research, analytics, or competitive intelligence, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• Experience designing customer research programs such as NPS, satisfaction, and brand tracking.
• Experience with competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments for strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, ROI analysis, and campaign attribution.
• Advanced analytical skills with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with executives; leadership of multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and player research initiatives including NPS, satisfaction, and brand tracking.
• Analyze emerging markets: size, growth, regulatory environments, and behavior.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify trends, opportunities, threats.
• Measure ROI and channel performance across campaigns and programs.
• Translate findings into executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing Market Analytics team; set standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance for forecasting and GTM alignment.
• Manage relationships with external research vendors for high‑quality outputs.
• Stay current on methodologies and trends in gaming and consumer markets.
