Job summary

You will collaborate with Product and Delivery teams, build market initiatives, track financial performance, and stay ahead of online casino trends to advise customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an account manager, ideally within the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop market initiatives and strategies to support the growth of the accounts.
• Support teams that work within designated markets, for the growth of the overall market.
• Develop customer relationships across all levels, ensuring the customer is highly satisfied with the company’s product and services.
• Maximize revenue generation opportunities within the nominated markets and accounts.
• Track the financial performance of the customer account and monitor performance.
• Align with cross functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with the customer to launch PlayDigital IGT products on a timely basis, ensuring exposure onsite and via CRM and external marketing campaigns.
• Develop additional sales opportunities, assess financial performance, and consult with legal and compliance teams on contracts.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to advise the customer.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Function as an escalation point for customer issues and resolve promptly.
• Assist in prospecting and acquiring new potential customers.
