Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Manager of iGaming Performance Analytics in Las Vegas. You will lead analytics for Caesars Digital Casino, delivering insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth across products, brands, and customer segments.

You will collaborate with Product, CRM, VIP, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to optimize player value, retention, and profitability throughout the lifecycle. Strong online gaming expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in online gaming, casino, sports betting, or related digital businesses.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance in online gaming.
• Deep understanding of casino, slots, player economics, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. online gaming and digital wagering market.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to convert insights into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monitoring and analysis of iGaming revenue performance across products, brands, markets, and customer segments.
• Evaluate performance against budget, forecast, and historical trends, identifying key drivers of over- and under-performance.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve revenue, engagement, retention, profitability, and CLV.
• Partner with Commercial teams on forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Monitor and communicate KPIs to senior leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop understanding of customer behaviors, segmentation, and lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with Acquisition Marketing Analytics on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and value.
• Work with Enterprise Data and BI to enhance reporting accuracy, data quality, and governance.
• Identify and implement automation to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead development and adoption of executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
