Job summary

IGT seeks a Manager of Business Operations in the United States to lead financial, regulatory, and administrative activities in a fast-paced gaming environment. You will partner with the VP of Operations and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, P&L analysis, and compliance.

The role focuses on supervising staff, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business operations, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting support, compliance, or operational management.
• Strong experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, expense management, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with financial planning, operational analysis, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports and compliance documentation in a highly regulated environment.
• Previous supervisory/people leadership experience including coaching and development.

• Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
• Develops and improves processes, controls, reporting, and performance metrics.
