Job summary

IGT seeks a results-driven marketing/ops professional in Las Vegas to drive product strategy and growth. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to expand offerings, analyze markets, and communicate complex information clearly to executives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, customer relationship building, and execution of growth initiatives within a global gaming company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing.
5-8 years’ experience in operations or marketing; industry experience required.
Strong knowledge of industry marketing and operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for assigned products and strategy to support business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to expand offerings and opportunities.
Interpret market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and performance.
Develop and implement product demonstrations and updated processes.
Facilitate meetings and communicate technical demonstrations across departments.
Identify opportunities for customers to leverage Company products.
Support cross-sell opportunities and growth strategies.
Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
Contribute to post-mortem analyses of revenue and sell-through.
