GSK in the United States seeks a Director, Market Access Digital & Technology to lead the technology strategy for the US Market Access portfolio, aligning pricing, rebates, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net processes with the commercial plan while driving compliant, automated capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in pharma or life sciences commercial tech.
Experience leading large, matrixed teams and managing technology budgets and governance.
Deep knowledge of US Market Access processes and data analytics architecture.

Responsibilities

Define and drive technology strategy and roadmap for US Market Access platforms.
Lead governance for applications, data, and AI initiatives across the portfolio.
Manage cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Ops.
Oversee data platform, ERP integration, and regulatory compliance programs.
