GSK plc in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, US Decision Science & AI Innovation to lead analytics methods for commercial decisions across US Commercial — marketing mix and investment optimization, next-best-action and dynamic targeting, patient predictive triggering, and causal measurement — and to deploy these methods through enterprise capabilities.

This player-coach role sets standards, guides brand teams and Insights & Analytics, and leads applied AI initiatives including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters and PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with hands on modeling.
• Experience deploying predictive analytics machine learning and deep learning at scale.
• End to end model exploration, development, deployment and management.
• Experience developing insights and storylines through analysis and modeling.
• Depth in commercial pharmaceutical methods — marketing mix modeling and causal measurement.
• Production generative or agentic AI experience in commercial pharma under enterprise governance.

Responsabilités

• Own validated method portfolio across marketing mix and optimization driving reuse.
• Deploy methods through enterprise capabilities and ensure adoption.
• Operate as a player-coach, actively designing and building with high technical standards.
• Set and enforce method standards and define certified enterprise versus brand configuration.
• Lead applied AI agenda including agentic and generative AI with a production pipeline.
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI, privacy, data-use, and model risk management.
• Partner with data engineering and D&T for platform and engineering needs.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions, favoring in-house development when fast and scalable.
