Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Access Strategy to translate our brand strategy into actionable access solutions. You will lead the Market Access Strategy team, shaping comprehensive access plans across our portfolio and collaborating with Policy, National Accounts, and Marketing to stay ahead ofHealthcare policy shifts.

You will develop economic value stories, align evidence generation with access needs, and contribute to pipeline and BD efforts while traveling up to 30%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, with at least 8 years in Market Access.
• Proven experience leading market access teams and strategies in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policy, pricing strategies, and market access dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand imperatives into access solutions with marketing teams.
• Develop and coordinate product launch and lifecycle access plans for the portfolio.
• Lead the Market Access Strategy team and develop its talent.
• Monitor policy shifts, pricing strategies, and barriers; devise mitigating actions.
• Translate clinical data into economic value stories for payer materials.
