Ladders is seeking a VP, Content Expert, Market Access to join a leader in the Media space in a remote capacity in the United States. This senior role will shape market access strategy at the intersection of payer, provider, and population-based decision-making, partnering with client teams to translate policy, reimbursement trends, and value narratives into actionable strategic frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of pharma/biotech market access experience.
• Ability to shape access strategy across diverse stakeholders with measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare systems and population-level decision-making processes.
• Experience leading senior client engagements and cross-functional strategies.
• Proven track record in developing strategic frameworks that inform value communication and access decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead population-based market access strategy, integrating payer and provider perspectives.
• Architect decision-maker engagement strategies for payer organizations and health systems.
• Translate healthcare policy and reimbursement trends into strategic frameworks.
• Define and evolve payer narratives and access strategies across product lifecycles.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients on enterprise-level access strategy.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships to influence direction and deliver impactful work.
• Mentor team members and contribute to account growth and integrated market access capabilities.
