CG Oncology Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Marketing to turn strategy into field-ready communications for our first oncology launch. You will own the content roadmap, coordinate with Brand Marketing, and lead MLR review to ensure compliant, timely assets.

This is a greenfield opportunity to build market access capabilities from the ground up. The role requires strategic fluency, cross-functional leadership, and proven experience launching payer-focused materials in oncology

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial marketing.
• Direct development of customer-facing materials; market access or payer marketing experience preferred.
• Experience leading materials through MLR review.
• Oncology or bladder cancer experience is a plus.
• Approximately 15–20% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize market access content roadmap aligned with launch milestones.
• Translate access strategy into payer, health system, and practice messaging.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing for integrated access messaging and assets.
• Own MLR process for market access materials and track approvals.
• Create payer and health-system value communications and toolkits.
• Develop reimbursement and billing education materials for HCPs and staff.
• Provide field enablement tools and training for account teams and sales.
