Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director, Market Access Account Integration to execute market access strategy and manage relationships with regional payers, PBMs, and large employers. You will own account plans, drive enterprise engagement, and ensure contract performance across the ecosystem.

The role requires 7+ years in market access or leadership, a BA/BS, and willingness to travel up to 60%. You will collaborate across GSK units to optimize pricing and access outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in market access and/or leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Open to 50–60% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional payers and large employers.
• Coordinate the account management model for enterprise engagement.
• Build strong relationships with payers, PBMs, and contract accounts.
• Own strategic plan for account performance including contract compliance.
• Lead market segmentation and customer prioritization for access strategies.
• Manage payers and mid-sized PBMs contract cycles (RFPs, renewals).
• Collaborate across BUs to represent the GSK portfolio.
• Provide pricing and contracting insights to optimize value.
• Monitor market trends and payer behavior to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Contracting Strategy and IBCT leads on Gross-to-Net targets.
• Cultivate influential relationships including C-suite stakeholders.
• Align internal teams for optimal customer engagement.
