Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets—National Accounts to lead access strategy for the OptumRx/Emisar accounts. This field-based role requires travel and coordinates with Emisar GPO and Optum PBM teams to secure access to the BridgeBio portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in biotech/pharma market access and 5+ years of national account payer experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and payers knowledge of Medicare/Commercial designs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with market access.
• 5+ years national account payer experience across Optum/Emisar networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with Emisar (GPO) and Optum (PBM) buyers.
• Communicate clinical and economic value to payers and decision-makers.
• Lead contract negotiations and align cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain account plans for launch and post-launch strategies.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Sales to tell the value story.
