Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand management, with in-house or brand-side experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing direct reports and setting strategic direction for a team.
• Advanced experience in product management, brand management and managing a $500M+ P&L.
• Experience in cross-functional team management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a compelling business and brand strategy for the North American Mac & Cheese portfolio, with clear KPIs tied to market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio management across renovation, innovation, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and in-market execution in the U.S. and in partnership with Canada.
• Champion cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiencies, unlock resources for brand investment, and create long-term value.
• Act as a visible and influential leader across internal partners and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and high-impact delivery.
• Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and business performance data to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
